We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Red Square and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Plus, there's a nearby metro station for easy access to explore the rest of the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Alice who gave us great recommendations for our first visit. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep with a variety of pillows to choose from. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of cooked and cold options to choose from.

And wow, I really enjoyed the privilege of being allowed to stay at the property at 18 years old!

It was just so convenient to have a 24-hour reception, I mean, who needs sleep anyways? So inconvenient not to have noise-free rooms.

I had an excellent stay at a small hotel in the heart of Kitay-Gorod. The location was ideal, with key sites like Red Square and the Kremlin within walking distance. The staff, especially Ismail at the front desk, were rock stars. They spoke great English and were extremely helpful, making my two-week stay enjoyable. The hotel's design was cute and modern, maximizing the small spaces. The room had a skylight, a large bed, and provided all the necessary amenities. The staff's positive and funny attitude added to the overall experience. The price was very reasonable, considering the nearby luxury hotels charging much more. Magnolia Market next door and Cofix for takeaway coffee were convenient additions. my stay at Boutique Hotel Chemodanov exceeded my expectations.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, just a few steps away from all the main attractions. The room was well-equipped with a coffee maker and refrigerator, along with a comfortable bed, private bathroom, and toiletries. the staff was exceptional, catering to my every need and providing great breakfast options.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry my luggage to my room, and no assistance was offered from the staff. On top of this, my room was excessively hot, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. The room amenities, including the fridge and kettle, were a nice touch. The bathroom was well-stocked with all the essentials, including slippers.
